Beautifully styled room with 9 foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a bed with white throw pillows and comforter and black leather sofa. One black wall, one white wall, and one grey wallpapered wall. 1 hour of studio time in the Lifestyle Petite room. ***Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental*** Non-refundable, non-transferable. Business liability required otherwise a $25 fee may be assessed. If you leave room in disarray you will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed. $75 fee will be charged if confetti/glitter is left on the floor. Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late.
